Day 1

On the first day, we would like to give you this meal called tuna lettuce wraps with basil pesto and couscous. To do this, you can fill large romaine lettuce, use its leaves then mix the drained chunk light tuna canned with water tossed and with basil pesto. Then mince sun-dried tomatoes and all of the wheat couscous.

Day 2

On the second day, you can use the Mexican salad. This is made with corn, beans, lime, and avocados. First, you mix mashed avocados with onions and tomatoes that have minced already, plus fresh lime juice and a cilantro. Then toss them with romaine to coat leaves and top them with a small scoop each of frozen, thawed corn and beans. With beans, you can use them to drain or rinse, just depend on your favorite.

Day 3

On day 3, the best choice is spaghetti squash. It also includes garlic, feta, tomato, and mushrooms. Saute onions, minced garlic, diced tomato and sliced mushrooms in virgin olive oil with a low heat. Then slice a spaghetti squash in half, place face down in a glass dish and tablespoons of water. Keep them inside a wax paper and microwave 8 minutes.

Day 4

On the next day, we give you something new with seafood, seared shrimp. This one is good with coconut oil. With a stovetop, you start by searing fresh shrimp in coconut oil and season with grated ginger and scallions. Then serve them over a bed of mixed field greens, put some fresh pear slices on the top.

Day 5

At the end of the plan, nothing can better than lentils and quinoa, mix with lemon and mint. First, saute chopped the red onions in virgin olive oil until they turn to tender. Then add some lentils with a low heat. Serve them over a small scoop of cooked quinoa and garnish, from a fresh lemon wedge and put fresh mint and juice on them.
